FRI JUN 03 7:45 PM - Arrival, and we will start the session at 8 PM. It's best that you have had dinner before arriving as it might get as late as 10:30 PM or even 11 PM by the time we finish the session.
SAT JUN 04- 6:45 AM - Arrival and we will start with Dynamic Meditation at 7 AM, No late entries please. If you can't come to the Dynamic Mediation, You can join in the next session at 9 AM. Last Session will be at 8 PM, so plan to stay as late as 10 PM.
SUN JUN 05- 6:45 AM - Arrival and we will start with Dynamic Meditation at 7 AM, No late entries please. If you can't come to the Dynamic Mediation, You can join in the next session at 9 AM. We will finish the event by 5:30 PM.
There will be three vegetarian meals, breakfast and snacks during the day. Please arrange your own food if you have special dietary needs. We won't be able to provide soda or bottled water. Feel free to bring your own, there is a refrigerator.

Most of the Osho's active meditations involve a beginning stage of activity -- sometimes intense and physical -- followed by a period of silence. All are accompanied by music that has been specially composed to guide the meditator through the different stages. Osho has also recommended different meditations for different times of the day.
